On 1st March 2015, digital marketing agency Jarrang acquired the Development, Support and Hosting arm of Magento ecommerce website development specialists Insite Digital.
Jarrang’s established team have been supporting the digital requirements of businesses throughout the UK and internationally since 2003 and are well positioned to take on the management of Insite’s active client portfolio.
“With Jarrang’s expertise in delivering digital marketing programmes and their renowned customer service, which is essential for supporting our clients’ business needs, we’re really pleased that they will be taking these areas of our business forwards,” said Dan Hinchcliffe, Director of Insite Digital.
“We assessed Jarrang’s abilities to support our clients and enhance the current product offering with specialist Magento marketing integrations and are really impressed with the quality of service they offer.”
All Insite clients will be contacted over the coming days and will be introduced to the wider team at Jarrang who have appointed a dedicated Technical Account Manager to coordinate the transition and ensure there is a seamless continuity of service under the new ownership.
“We’ve been seeking opportunities to grow our ecommerce portfolio and increase the number of businesses that we’re able to support with our integrated digital marketing capabilities. This deal with Insite Digital enables us to fulfil that ambition,” said Stafford Sumner, Managing Director of Jarrang.
Sumner added, “By acquiring this element of the Insite Digital business we’re confident that our team will add significant value to the Magento-based clients as our specialism lies in managing successful relationships that deliver results.”
The move will enable Insite Digital directors, Mike Reed and Dan Hinchliffe to focus on a new venture called Nuubocart being launched later this year, while ensuring all existing clients of Insite Digital enjoy continuity of service with a well respected digital agency.
