We’ve worked with Lucknam Park since 2015, and it’s this feeling we wanted to capture by helping bring refinement, sophistication and elegance to their email marketing. From strategy and design, to data management and reporting, we manage the entire email marketing programme for the hotel.

Lucknam Park have fantastic depth to their data which allows us to tailor the content of their email marketing for different individuals. This means we’re able to show relevant, dynamic content to different sections of the database, depending on recipients’ past interactions with the hotel.

This typically leads to engagement rates more than double the industry standard and something Silmiya says is a great catalyst for the business.

“Our email marketing stimulates the business, whenever we run a competition or utilise dynamic content we see significantly higher levels of engagement” she says.

“We use our email marketing campaigns to generate interest about what’s happening at the hotel and across the different areas of the business, from the spa to the equine centre. It’s an important marketing channel for us.”

“The best thing about working with Jarrang is the relationship we have with them,” she adds.

“It’s so easy and I absolutely love working with them. Nothing is an issue, nothing is difficult and they get on with the job with minimal fuss. Given how busy we are at the hotel, the relationship needs to be like this because in our business we often need to change plans frequently and at the last minute.

“For example, for a recent campaign everything had been planned weeks in advance but then we found out at the last minute we’d won an award, which we wanted to include. This meant we had to change our content in order to put it in and that flexibility has to be there otherwise the relationship won’t work.

“Jarrang were recommended to us and we’ve built a fantastic relationship with them. They understand the challenges we face from our end and that makes life super-easy and convenient for us.”
